Our Roast Half Duck is the ultimate gourmet duck dinner, ready in just under 20 minutes! This fully cooked product is perfect for busy food lovers on the fly and can be purchased either fresh or frozen.
How To Prepare:
If you purchased this product Frozen, allow 24 hours to thaw before following these steps:
- Bring pot of water to boil then remove pot from heat.
- Remove duck from box and place package in boiled water for 15 minutes.
- Remove duck from plastic, place on oven-proof tray and place under broiler for 10 minutes or to your preference of crisp skin.
- Serve immediately.
