How To Prepare:

  1. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before use.
  2. Preheat grill or frying pan to Med-High.
  3. Grill or fry for 15 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning often.
  4. Finish with your favourite BBQ sauce or fruit compote.
