Duck Spiedini

Our duck skewers of breast meat have a ribbon of fat that melts through the meat in the grilling process, creating a juicy and tender sensation. These are a fan favourite for Summer BBQ appetizers!

How To Prepare:

  1. Remove skewers from package and pat dry.
  2. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly coat skewers with oil to avoid sticking to grill.
  4. Place skewers on Med-heat grill, turning every 60 seconds to achieve an overall cooked skewer.
  5. Chef’s Tip: Brush on your fave sauce for added taste. Ours is Pesto.
